Rename numbered layered/disagg Python tests to descriptive names — Pt 3: Schema/config

      Continuation of the layered/disagg test rename effort. Rename all sequentially numbered test_layered*.py / test_disagg0*.py files whose subject falls in the schema/config buckets to descriptive names. The pattern established by test_layered_fast_truncate, test_layered_cursor, and test_layered_modify is the target style.

      Scope (25 files):

      • schema — 9 files (test_layered_schema01–09)
      • config — 13 files (test_layered_config01–13, incl. test_disagg01–04 folded as 07–10)
      • cross-bucket adds — 3 files (cursor21, eviction05, prepare09)

      Note: test_layered_config04.py label corrected to test_layered_eviction02.
