      Continuation of the layered/disagg test rename effort. Rename all sequentially numbered test_layered*.py / test_disagg0*.py files whose subject falls in the follower/stepup/ingest buckets to descriptive names. The pattern established by test_layered_fast_truncate, test_layered_cursor, and test_layered_modify is the target style.

      Scope (~24 files):

      • follower — 9 files (including test_layered72 → follower08, test_cc11 → follower09)
      • stepup — 7 files
      • ingest — 8 files (including test_layered80 → ingest08)
