It would be better if we could:

1. easily distinguish between what's generated and what's source, for copyright reasons,
2. deliver the docs package without the docs sources,
3. easily clean out the generated docs in order to re-build from scratch.

Suggestion is to move wiredtiger/docs/src into wiredtiger/src/docs, and continue to build in wiredtiger/docs/.
