Add timestamp support to wtperf

It would be good if bench/wtperf had timestamp support so that we could have Jenkins and the plots comparing inserts and other workloads with and without timestamps rather than having all timestamp related performance work going through MongoDB.

While I know the long term plan is to use workgen, I think this is a lot more urgent and should be added to the existing performance program we're using.

This support will need a new thread similar to test/csuite/timestamp_abort to coordinate the updates to timestamps.
