wt_rdtsc calibration needs to be longer and verify validity

      Some tests have been failing in the conn_calibrate_ticks with a divide by zero meaning that it detected that the calibration loop took 0 nanoseconds. Either the calibration loop needs to be longer, or it is not abiding by the volatile and is optimizing away the loop.
