It would be great to enhance the operation tracking visualization implemented in WT-3811 using a particular use case.

We already have a job in Jenkins that tracks long latency operations:
http://build.wiredtiger.com:8080/job/wiredtiger-perf-stress/plot/

The job runs the evict-btree-stress-multi.wtperf configuration. A first step would be reviewing the content of that configuration to make sure it is reasonable.

It would also be nice to enhance the packaging of the visualization script at the same time to make satisfying dependencies simple.
