      Remove the WT_PAGE_LOOKASIDE structure from __wt_ref.

      The scope includes populating the aggregating time pair information in __wt_ref structure.
      After the aggregate time pair information is populated wt_page_lookaside could be removed and make the code changes to use aggregate time pair information.
