The MongoDB test suite on Evergreen is experiencing timeouts running index_partial_create_drop.js with the following message:
[ReplicaSetFixture:job5] Timed out while waiting for a primary for replica set 'rs'. [ContinuousStepdown:job5] Stepdown Thread threw exception Traceback (most recent call last): File "/data/mci/1d87f30302897a80c74319e174584352/src/buildscripts/resmokelib/testing/hooks/stepdown.py", line 399, in run self._await_primaries() File "/data/mci/1d87f30302897a80c74319e174584352/src/buildscripts/resmokelib/testing/hooks/stepdown.py", line 452, in _await_primaries fixture.get_primary() File "/data/mci/1d87f30302897a80c74319e174584352/src/buildscripts/resmokelib/testing/fixtures/replicaset.py", line 454, in get_primary return self._await_cmd_all_nodes(is_primary, "waiting for a primary", timeout_secs) File "/data/mci/1d87f30302897a80c74319e174584352/src/buildscripts/resmokelib/testing/fixtures/replicaset.py", line 473, in _await_cmd_all_nodes raise errors.ServerFailure(msg) buildscripts.resmokelib.errors.ServerFailure: Timed out while waiting for a primary for replica set 'rs'.
There were some recent server changes that addressed similar issues (SERVER-46734), but none are currently open. Figure out if the failure is due to something in WiredTiger durable history.
