Fix prepared updates instantiate for columnar store types

      As part of writing uncommitted prepared updates to the data store, during the commit/rollback of a prepared transaction needs updates to the history store and also the evicted prepared updates needs to instantiated on the page to let them work.

      Support of columnar tables rollback to stable is handled as part of WT-5548.
