      We have a report that upgrade after an unclean shutdown is reporting an error after durable history. That is running a busy system using MongoDB 4.2, shutting down with a kill -9 and then starting up with MongoDB and having recovery run. The error seen was:

      "message":"[1591208760:588748][30679:0x7f40955f6b80], file:collection-2-4036376553196063132.wt, txn-recover: __txn_op_apply, 287: operation apply failed during recovery: operation type 4 at LSN 840600/103502080: No such file or directory"}
