RTS fix inconsistent checkpoint by removing updates outside of the checkpoint snapshot

      Rollback to stable should process all the trees with updates from transactions that shouldn't exist as per the checkpoint snapshot. In case if any of the trees has updates, it must process the tree similar to timestamp updates and remove them.
