Ensure WiredTiger testing uses tcmalloc where possible

      WiredTiger generally works better when using tcmalloc and MongoDB always uses tcmalloc when running with WiredTiger.

      We should ensure that our standalone Evergreen testing uses tcmalloc where practical.
