      It looks like the host may have been having a disk space issue:

       [2021/10/20 04:56:07.141] Command failed: error opening target archive file /data/mci/d57749cf3d5ef37b823d15d1a272bcf4/wiredtiger.tgz: open /data/mci/d57749cf3d5ef37b823d15d1a272bcf4/wiredtiger.tgz: no space left on device 

      I attempted to unzip the artifacts to see if there was an actual error but didn't find anything useful.

      data-validation-stress-test-checkpoint-fp-hs-insert-s7 failed on ! Ubuntu 20.04
