Currently both WT tooling in verify functionality has the option to print out all the key/value pairs along with its timestamp and transaction id information. However we can't use these functionalities for our customers, especially when data is sensitive.

Aim:
This ticket aims to disable the printing of key values pairs, but still allow it to print its timestamp and transaction id information. This will allow us to be confident that we don't show any sensitive data, but also allow WiredTiger to diagnose customer issues regarding the visibility of data.
