      WT-8653 writes a minimal S3-hello-world extension. To build and test it through evergreen, we need to download the SDK through an evergreen test. The objective of this ticket will be to write a test in evergreen that would:

      1. Download SDK at a pre-determined location
      2. Build the S3-hello-world extension using the SDK
      3. Run the python test added as a part of WT-8653 through evergreen
