      Summary
      Recently we have had a couple of issues related to MongoDB oplog table (logged table) data and this table is modified with append only workloads and truncates the old data using session truncate API. 

      As part of this ticket, we want to write a standalone WT test using the cppsuite to demonstrate append only workloads similar to MongoDB oplog table.

      The newly added test can be easily configured to a particular size of the table data where the size can be varied.
