  No. This is to improve WT testing.

  We have run into a number of OpLog issues in 6.0 and this is to prevent future regressions.

  Very severe, impacts how MDB operates

  Somewhat. 

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
A test that executes behaviours of the MGB OpLog including heavy append worklog with truncates.
