      Description

      OS: Debian Testing
Behavior: Compass is stuck on the "Loading..." screen.

Docker container to reproduce the problem (tricky to run on a Mac):

      https://github.com/MaBeuLux88/docker/tree/broken/MongoDB-Compass

The broken branch is using debian:testing image.

The master and the beta branch are both using Ubuntu 16.04 and respectively Compass 1.17.0 (current stable) and 1.18.0-beta3 and only the stable version works as expected within the same environment. To verify that, you can run this command: git diff master..beta

      https://github.com/MaBeuLux88/docker/tree/master/MongoDB-Compass

      https://github.com/MaBeuLux88/docker/tree/beta/MongoDB-Compass

      Screenshots attached.

      • console is empty
      • connect creates another window with the same behaviour
      • Disconnect does nothing
      • "If I start from the command line (not docker this time - directly on my host PC) I have this. So I guess the electron version is still a problem in here."
