Hi Team, 

Users are facing issue while launching Compass in Kubuntu 18.0.4 OS 64 bit version, the compass screen hangs on the loading page. Please find the attached screenshot:

I have also replicated this issue on our Kubuntu VM using the steps mentioned in the [documentation|https://docs.mongodb.com/compass/current/install/].

When I start compass using the mongodb-compass command on the terminal, it just shows the following warnings and the compass hangs on loading page:
