Compass Stable and Isolated can't run on Win2019 VM Ware 6.7

      Customer has moved company employees to Work From Home and must install Compass on a VM for access for their developers. Installation of Isolated toggles between "Running" and "Suspending" while generating crash reports.

      Isolated Edition could not "Run as Administrator" while installing the MSI. It showed as "Run as user"

      They are also running Windows Defender anti-virus.
