Attached a gif of the new functionality to the ticket. Compass now keeps new lines intact and allows resizing of string input fields. Not sure if this is something we mention in the docs, but since it is a functionality update I figured it's good to open a docs ticket.

Attached a gif of the new functionality to the ticket. Compass now keeps new lines intact and allows resizing of string input fields. Not sure if this is something we mention in the docs, but since it is a functionality update I figured it's good to open a docs ticket.

When trying to edit multilines string in Mongo Compass, it's removing the \n's.

The only possible way to work with multilines and Compass will be by the "Object" documents view.

It's something which should not long time to fix, and will definitely be going to pay it off.
