Technical Services cannot diagnose connection issues for customers using the connection string when it cannot be viewed. Customers often have to respond twice to get the info, making 1 response solved cases impossible. We cannot see all replica set nodes in the replica set with ports nor any authentication parameters.
Create any connection string to a cluster (except for the default value) and view in "Paste connection string" mode. Please see attached image.
Expect to see the entire connection string (except for the password) in one view so customers can share a screenshot.
Connection string is cut off. It varies but the authSource parameter is often cut off.
