hard-coded libdir in pkg-config scripts breaks with lib64

      The pkg-config scripts hard-code the value of the libdir variable as ${prefix}/lib. This causes link failures on systems where libraries are installed to ${prefix}/lib64.

      This issue is similar in nature to CDRIVER-3339.
