SCRAM-SHA-1 should be usable with only native sasl

      It should be possible to compile the driver with --ssl, and without --use-sasl-client, and be able to authenticate to a mongod using SCRAM-SHA1. The driver should, if it is not so compiled, provide an error message which explains the flag needed.
