      Context

      Following up on PYTHON-5286, add standard tasks to be run on non-Linux builds that should be run across MongoDB versions.
      Before: 384 tasks across 8 build variants
      After: 32 tasks across 4 build variants

      Definition of done

      Add standard tests and use for the default Win32, Win64, MacOS, and MacOS Arm variants.
