The sharding_kill_stepdown_terminate_jscore_passthrough suite is currently executing core tests on sharded cluster with stepdown, random node kills and retryable writes.

In order to increase the future testing coverage for the viewless timeseries format upgrade/downgrade, evaluate the possibility of implementing an extended version of that suite also performing FCV random upgrade/downgrade via the FCVUpgradeDowngradeInBackground hook.
