Now that we are collecting query stats on shard servers and fetching them in the RunQueryStats hook, we should look into adding a new suite that shards the underlying collection across multiple shards, as this is a new code.

(I added the implicitly_shard_accessed_collections.js override to the query_stats_mongos_passthrough suite just to see what would happen and saw at least one re-parsing failure. So this ticket will also likely include triaging failures and spawning new tickets for them.)
