Remove references to chunkless token chunks in DDLs

      After a discussion in the team we agreed that chunkless tokens are not offering any information that isn't known by just having the collection entry present on the shard's catalog.

      As such, in order to reduce confusion the plan is to remove the chunkless token. Currently all the DDLs that do so are calling the commitChunklessCollectionLocally free function so it should be easy to identify the users of it.
