With SERVER-126200 there won't be any notion of chunkless token entries present on the shards, therefore the associated collection entries would become orphans.
In the case a shard isn't the dbPrimary those entries should be deleted as well since they are functionally garbage data at that point.
This ticket is about making the cleanup process consider whether the shard is a dbPrimary or not for any given collection without chunks and delete them.
