Remove push task from development OSX/Windows builds

      SERVER-33833 added an Enterprise OSX TSL build and kept the OpenSSL one around for test purposes, but the push task wasn't removed; testing variants should not be pushing binaries.

      We also have a number of variants using the &enterprise-windows-64-2k8-template, which runs a push task – they should be fixed as well.
