These variants will need to already rely on archive_dist_test (I'm assuming they do?).

1. Add new evergreen expansion added to each affected build variant's definition, download_mongot_release: true, to indicate to archive_dist_test to download the release binary.

2. Modify archive_dist_test to call setup-mongot-repro-env with release flag, so that the latest release binary is downloaded.
