      In SERVER-73512 we re-enable the balancer in multi_stmt_txn_jscore_passthrough_with_migration suite.

      The problem is that this is the only sharding jscore passthrough suite that performs random migrations in the background, and it has a lot of exclusion tags. This means that there are many jscore tests that we never tested together with migrations.

      The goal of this ticket would be to add the following suite:
