The query analyzer document for a collection is in the config.queryAnalyzers collection. This collection uuid from the document is primarily used when a mongos refreshes to get its new sample rate, and judging from the code, there doesn't appear to be any major issues with the uuid being out of date. However I think it would be good to keep the uuid in sync for completeness.
