While working on SPM-635, we categorized errors from the sharding suite that used the nightly build variant with an embedded router. At that time, the categories we established were meaningful.

However, as time has passed, we need to reevaluate the new failures and examine the code with more up-to-date changes, as the older categories may no longer be relevant.

The goal of this ticket is to close all TODOs that refer to outdated tickets, consolidating them under SERVER-97257 as a comprehensive reference.
