      Renew VSCODE publishing API token and set a new reminder in the team Calendar to renew so we can't forget.

      The current PAT `VSCODE_AUTOMATED_PUBLISH_PAT_2021` stops being usable July 14, 2022. We should update it before then so our VSCode automated publishing keeps running smoothly.
      A new token can be generated at https://dev.azure.com/ - it should have the scope `Marketplace` -> `Publish`. You can also follow this nice guide: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/working-with-extensions/publishing-extension
      It's saved in our Github secrets.
