The goal for this project for Q3 is to triage only disagg related warnings since disagg code is new and wasn't tested in production. The simplest way to separate disagg and non-disagg warnings is to run WT on pre-disagg commit with TSAN and suppress all the warnings since they are 100% not related to disagg.

Scope of the ticket:

Suppress all pre-disagg TSAN warnings for python testing
Make sure that by doing so we don't hide disagg related warnings
