Timezone shift when editing documents with date fields

      The timezone used to display a date field changes from UTC to the local desktop timezone in Compass 1.16.3 when the user edits the document on the Documents tab.

      Compass should render dates:

      • with a consistent timezone that is
      • displayed (i.e. ISO, -0500) and
      • configurable.
