Create a passthrough suite that both injects a security token and a prefix using the existing inject_tenant_prefix.js and inject_dollar_tenant.js overrides. Note that we'll need to also set "expectPrefix" in the requests, because Atlas Proxy will send this option when sending both a prefix and a security token which includes the tenant id.
