There are a few stale comments in the Evergreen file and we should fix them so they are addressed when necessary:

• BUILD-10248 is mentioned at different places and the WT ticket that should be mentioned is WT-8482.
  • Add "FIXME-WT-8482" where BUILD-10248 is mentioned.
• The function "fetch artifacts from many-coll" is not used as it will be used as part of WT-7868.
  • Either remove the function and add it to the ticket or comment the code and add FIXME-WT-7868 above.
• WT-5270 is mentioned while being closed. Investigate if work is still required.
  • The corresponding Jenkins job is "wiredtiger-test-check-long". It executes test_wt3363_checkpoint_op_races which is already executed as part of the task "csuite-wt3363-checkpoint-op-races-test". The comment can be removed.
• WT-6255 is mentioned as it disabled a test. The ticket to reenable the test is WT-6258.
  • Add FIXME-WT-6258 where WT-6255 is mentioned.
• WT-5790 is mentioned as it disabled a column test: "csuite-wt2246-col-append-test". WT-6029 was created to re-enable the test but it was closed while the test was not re-enabled and the issue was fixed.
  • The ticket WT-8512 has been created to re-enable the test.
  • Add FIXME-WT-8512 where WT-5790 is mentioned.
